The UCSB Branch of 180 Degrees Consulting was founded in Fall 2018 by a group of students looking to fill the void of hands-on consulting opportunities on-campus. Since then, the club has grown rapidly and now routinely runs 5 projects each quarter. We aim to help non-profits maximise their social impact by providing strategic guidance on financial planning, fundraising strategy, impact measurement, and program structuring. This has been especially vital during the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
Making a difference goes beyond waving signs or collecting money. It's about enhancing the impact of worthy organizations. Helping them be more effective, more efficient, reach new markets and help more people. Now and into the future.
Escape the realm of mundane internships and uninspiring part-time work. Unlock the opportunity to gain invaluable, employer-valued expertise. Dive into real projects alongside clients making a difference in the world, and ignite your impact leadership skills.
Join a vibrant community of passionate individuals and unlock new opportunities for collaboration and personal growth. Because work is more fun when it doesn’t feel like work.
Embark on a journey of skill development, cultivating a wide range of transferable abilities. You'll sharpen teamwork, problem-solving, oral and written communication, creative thinking, stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, and data analysis skills.
