2023 Impact Report

We are very proud to publish 180 Degrees Consulting’s 2023 Impact Report – in a year where we have pushed our boundaries and accomplished great things, our teams worked tirelessly to ensure the success of over 800 projects, and with over 78000 student volunteers engaging in our work across 34 countries!

A Message From Our CEO | Nick Charinos

In 2023, our commitment to creating impact has led us to successfully complete over 900 projects in collaboration with non-profits and social enterprises worldwide. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our 8,000+ members who have generously contributed over 975,000 hours of volunteering, demonstrating the true spirit of service that defines 180 Degrees Consulting. Our global network expanded substantially in 2023 with the addition of 12 new 180DC branches, now including chapters in China and Azerbaijan, further broadening our reach and impact to 34 countries globally.

In the spirit of fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, we hosted our inaugural multi-city APAC Summit, a landmark event that brought together over 500 members of our organization in New Delhi, Sydney, Brisbane and online. Additionally, the 2nd edition of the GlobalLeadership Team Summit convened 27 members of our global team in Athens, alongside the inauguration of the Regional Australia Summit, providing opportunities for connection and engagement.

A highlight of the year was the launch of our brand new 180DC website, a platform designed to enhance accessibility and showcase the incredible work of our organization. Simultaneously, we continue to scale the global implementation of our strategic partner monday.com, transforming our branch operations and facilitating seamless collaboration between our global team and network.

Our commitment to growth is further reflected in the expansion of our global partner network, strengthening the foundation of support for our mission, with Strategy& Middle East, Bain Australia, CIL and Grant Thornton Australia joining our network.

Looking ahead, our priorities for 2024 are centered around bringing our community even closer through additional global programs, investing in a new learning and development platform to develop our volunteers, and expanding our external value creation—all with the overarching goal of scaling our organization's social impact.
