SKF, one of our esteemed clients, approached us with a pressing need to enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. They were keen to showcase the work they had done towards fulfilling their social responsibility to their stakeholders in an organized and transparent manner. The Solutions

Our team at 180DC SGGSCC worked with SKF to enhance their CSR program. We analyzed and organized the content provided by the client and created modernized infographics using different software programs. We optimized the client's CSR pitch deck, making it easier to read and understand. Our consultants also created several brochure sample templates and sent them to the client's technical team for approval. Once approved, we condensed the content to make it more suitable for distribution to beneficiaries. Furthermore, we conducted a thorough benchmarking study by analyzing the websites of all the big players/industry leaders in the market. Based on our analysis, we presented various suggestions to the client. Our deliverables included a CSR pitch deck that SKF could use to present their work to their stakeholders. The pitch deck contained information about the different programs that SKF carried out to fulfill its social responsibility. It included details on how the objectives of the programs were achieved, how they were implemented, and the impact they had. We also provided brochures for the different programs that SKF carried out, which were designed using multiple software for graphic designing. The brochures provided a concise view of the different programs. To make people aware of SKF's social work and its impact, we provided content for their website regarding all the work they had done in different areas. We worked closely with the tech team of SKF to ensure that the content was suitable for their website and showcased their work in the best possible light. Overall, our team worked to provide reliable and effective deliverables that catered to all of SKF's needs. We helped them achieve their CSR goals by enabling them to build a transparent and credible CSR program that could positively impact their stakeholders and enhance their brand reputation.

The Impact

Our team at 180DC SGGSCC had a significant impact on SKF's CSR initiatives. We worked with a team of over 10 consultants and provided them with three deliverables, including a pitch deck, brochures, and website content. Our work enabled SKF to communicate their CSR initiatives more effectively and transparently, which positively impacted their stakeholders. The impact of SKF's CSR initiatives was substantial, with over 44,000 direct beneficiaries and over 176,000 indirect beneficiaries. The direct beneficiaries included individuals who were part of SKF's scholarship program for girls and sports education, environment sustainability, and other programs such as education and sanitation. In total, 2,920 individuals were direct beneficiaries of SKF's CSR initiatives, with 1,450 individuals benefiting from their scholarship program for girls and sports education, and 3,100 individuals benefiting from environment sustainability programs. Additionally, over 36,000 individuals benefited from other programs such as education and sanitation. In terms of indirect beneficiaries, our work showcased the significant impact SKF's CSR initiatives had on the community. Over 11,690 individuals were indirect beneficiaries of SKF's initiatives, with 6,030 individuals benefiting from their scholarship program for girls and sports education, and 15,000 individuals benefiting from their environment sustainability programs. Furthermore, over 143,000 individuals benefited from their other programs such as education and sanitation. Overall, our work with SKF not only enabled them to communicate their CSR initiatives more effectively, but also highlighted the impact their initiatives had on the community.
