Kick off your journey with a 3-month immersive course from Potentialife where leadership meets neuroscience. Founded by a former McKinsey partner and Harvard professor, this isn’t your typical training. Through weekly 2-hour microlearning sessions, buddy group discussions, and behavior-based tools, you'll build the habits of high-impact, values-driven leaders.
Learn to lead with confidence, compassion, and clarity, and develop the mindset that drives meaningful change.
Next, dive into what real impact looks like with support from Escient by reflecting on your values, exploring pressing social issues, and applying your insights using our custom Social Impact Workbook. You’ll be mentored one-on-one by professionals tailored to your goals and get insider access to industry knowledge and you’ll also learn from the journey of Forte, an ed-fintech nonprofit launched by 180 Degrees Consulting founder, Nat Ware.

End the program with a bang at our closing ceremony, where you'll pitch your own social impact venture, which is where ideas become action. With expert feedback and community support, you'll walk away not just with a plan, but with the tools and confidence to make it happen.

Application Overview
The Future Leaders Program selection process is designed to identify the most driven, purpose-led individuals from around the world. Applicants will first submit a written and video application as part of Round 1. Shortlisted candidates will then move on to Round 2, where they’ll take part in interviews with our team. In the final stage, Round 3, selected candidates will submit a short project deck and participate in a panel interview. Finalists will be announced shortly after, and once confirmed, the new cohort of Future Leaders will be officially welcomed into the program.
Note: To be eligible, you must be enrolled in university at the time of applying and be between the ages of 18 and 30.
Timeline
July 17 - Applications open (tentatively)
August 16 - Applications close
September 6 - Results from Round 1 are released
September 26 - Results from Round 2 are released
October 18 - Submission deadline for decks for Round 3
November 2 - Results from Round 3 are released
November 5 - The cohort for the FLP is confirmed
