Tondo is a non-profit organisation focusing on Circular Economy that is creating a bridge between Universities, Startups, Corporates, Institutions and People, to foster innovation, entrepreneurship and circularity. The client needed support on getting access to government funding to develop their projects.
The team carried out an initial research and selection of the government fundings bid available most in line with Tondo's needs. In a second phase of the projects the team gathered all the necessary information to apply to the bids while helping Tondo how to best structure their projects to best fit the requirements of the funding bid.
The team provided Tondo with leads on the most suitable government funding bids and supported them in applying for them providing the client with a structure to describe and communicate their projects planning ability.
